1) Services to be Provided

We agree to pay you certain commissions as described on our website for referral sales made by customers.

2) Assignment
This agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. If you do assign your rights, as would be the case were someone other than you to use your account, you shall remain liable to us for any fees due under this agreement. We may assign this agreement at any time.

3) Change of Terms and Conditions
Please check this Agreement periodically for changes as Aspot-pioneer.com reserves the right to revise this Agreement and your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the Agreement constitutes acceptance of such changes. Aspot-pioneer.com reserves the right to terminate a User's use of this site at any time without notice and may do so for any breach of this Agreement or the instructions on this site by User. This Agreement applies to licensors and advertisers as well.

4) Notification of Account Changes
You agree to provide us with such other information relating to your use of this service as we deem necessary or desirable. You agree to notify us if your address, email address, telephone number, billing information changes.

5) Notices
All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery: if delivered personally to the party to whom notice is to be given; if sent by electronic mail with a cc: to sender; if sent by fax; or on the third day after mailing by first class mail.

6) Termination
We may terminate your account if:
(a) you violate our Terms Of Use Policy; (b) promote Aspot-Pioneer.com in a manner that is unethical or inappropriate; or (c) for any reason, in our sole discretion.
If we learn of a violation or likely violation of our TERMS OF USE, we will attempt to notify you. If you do not take immediate remedial action which is satisfactory to us, or in the event of a serious violation of the TERMS OF USE, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. Every effort will be made to inform you prior to account termination, and to re-establish your account upon receiving such representations from you as we deem appropriate in the circumstances.

You may also be subject to fines and legal actions as a result of your bulk email promotion.

16) Choice of Law and Forum

17) Miscellaneous

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the state of owner's country. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Affiliate Terms and Conditions

18) Commissions Amount

You will be paid a commission of US$40 or 40% for any sales tracked from your affiliate ID. Aspot-pioneer.com reserves the right to change the commission percentage anytime it wishes to. Please visit our website at all times for changes to these terms and conditions.

19) Commissions Are Final

Every sale via your affiliate ID is final. There will be no queries on whether a sale was derived from your affiliate ID or not. Aspot-pioneer.com reserves the right at its own discretion whether to award a commission or not to its affiliates. Affiliates are forbidden to make purchases using their own affiliate ID. Such action could result in the termination of your Affiliate Agreement with us.

20) Payout Period

Payout is made every 2 weeks, that is on the 8th and 22nd of each month. If the day falls on a Public Holiday or Saturdays and Sundays, the payout date shall be extended to the next available working day. We reserve the right to pay within 3 working days of the payout date.

21) Payout Method

Payout of commissions are made via Paypal. You are responsible to update your payment details before payout date else all commissions will be considered null and void. If you provide us wrong information on your banking details, all commissions will be considered null and void.

22) Chargeback and money back guarantee

We reserve the right to deduct your commissions in the event of any chargebacks or refunds of sales derived from your affiliate ID.
